My role
As product designer, I held responsibility for the product purchasing process for both farmers and retailers.
Developed innovative, customer-centric solutions — from conceptualisation to high-fidelity mockups across desktop, tablet, and mobile — while continuously refining the interface.
Collaborated closely with product owners, product managers, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Development, and Customer Success.
Gathered user feedback, defined requirements, and communicated closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
Built prototypes for user testing, mapped use cases and usage scenarios, and designed comprehensive user journeys.
Presented designs to both internal teams and users, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
