My role

During my time at AnvilEight, I held the position of Brand Manager while also working as a UX Designer simultaneously for two years. My primary focus was enhancing the user experience of the internal website.

Internal project

Beyond the internal website, I worked as the primary UX designer for a CRM system built from scratch — automating processes across client service, financial reporting, employee control and accounting, and sales. The system significantly improved business processes, enabled financial operations calculation, and facilitated result analysis.

Employee Dashboard — employees can request money for needs like office equipment, food, or vacation.
Sales — handles the sales process and tracks customers, leads, and communications.
Employee Management — the administrative side of the dashboard, letting managers approve or reject expense and leave requests.
Financial reports — sends quotations, orders, and invoices via channels like email and Telegram.

External projects

Over two years at the company, I had the opportunity to design for around five external projects. Here are a couple of examples.

Bid Perfect Academy

An online platform offering web-based courses to help users consistently craft winning answers, build confidence in bid strategy, and increase their bid win rates. My goal was to redesign the website prioritizing clarity and simplicity — a user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate, for a smooth and effortless experience.

EDGE

A US-based platform helping customers get the most favorable rates, terms, and conditions on recurring monthly services — electricity, renewable electricity, natural gas, heating oil, home energy efficiency, smart meters, and more. As UX/UI designer, my goal was to redesign the existing website into an intuitive, easy-to-understand interface.
