Overview

Launchpad marked the first step beyond peer-to-peer trading — direct sales in partnership with beloved brands and projects. It's an external project enabling collaboration between AtomicHub and global brands, games, and collectibles companies, facilitating the creation and hosting of primary NFT sales, including a unique digital-to-physical redemption option.

02

Team

Part of a small, cross-functional team from day one — a product designer, frontend developer, backend developer, and product owner. I've been involved since inception as the product design lead, collaborating closely with stakeholders to build the project from the ground up. The platform now runs a bi-weekly release of new drops, attracting new users and generating revenue for the company and its partners.

03

My contribution

As design lead, I took charge of conceptualizing and structuring the project, and personally designed several of its key components:

Homepage Drop page Purchase & checkout Redemption system Shop page FAQ page Multi-phase drops

Through close collaboration with stakeholders, I worked to understand both their requirements and the needs of their users — helping ensure every drop delivered optimal outcomes.

04

Analytics

The initial drop brought an unprecedented number of new users to the platform within a remarkably short timeframe — a mix of existing users from within the space and entirely new users who created their wallets specifically to take part.

05

Additional

I built a library of all the responsive components used across the project, and prepared the documentation needed for a seamless handoff and future reference.
